Positive Parenting Programme
After receiving immense positive feedback from our pilot “Positive Parenting Programme”, we are excited to announce its confirmed inclusion into our range of available services. This programme will run for 5-weeks, with the sessions will beginning on Monday the 8th September from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.
The content of sessions will include delving into the reality of being a parent, including the challenges involved within, the effects of abuse upon children and how to work through resultant trauma as a family as well as reflecting upon communication styles. We emphasise throughout that parenting is not about being perfect, but instead should be focused upon doing the best that you can.
We look forward to introducing this programme in September, and hope you are able to get involved!
